Terms & Conditions
The terms of engagement between NikahCity and its members.
Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals of legal marriageable age in their country of residence who are free to marry and who join with the sincere intention of marriage.
Application and acceptance
Submitting an application does not create a membership. We accept a limited number of members and may decline any application without giving reasons.
Verification
Members agree to provide truthful information and to submit reasonable documentation for verification. Misrepresentation results in immediate termination without refund.
Conduct
Members agree to treat introductions and other members with respect and discretion, and not to disclose another member's details to any third party without written consent.
Fees and payment
No fees are collected through this website. Membership and consultation fees are agreed with our office after we have spoken with you and assessed the suitability of your expectations, and are then settled by bank transfer or in person. Fees relate to the service of matchmaking, not to any guaranteed outcome.
No guarantee of marriage
We guarantee the quality, seriousness and confidentiality of our introductions. We cannot and do not guarantee engagement or marriage.
Refunds and cancellation
Consultation fees are refundable if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance. Membership fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis at our discretion where we have failed to deliver the agreed introductions.
Confidentiality
Both the agency and the member are bound to confidentiality regarding all information exchanged during the engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
